Role Responsibilities

The role of the Territory Executive is to create revenue growth within Northeast and Midwest USA, through sales to the education sector. Become an industry and product expert in the field of Student Online Safety and Wellbeing technologies as you share the Impero message across prospects and partners.

Thrive in an environment by reaching/exceeding Sales and company goals set by the Management Team. Work cohesively in a team environment to achieve collective goals.

Business Development

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Selling the product portfolio by establishing contact and developing relationships with channel partners
  • Create a territory plan that demonstrates how you will create growth in your area
  • Negotiate/close deals
  • Cultivate and build relationships within new and existing verticals at a strategic level
  • Attendance at events, exhibitions and trade shows where relevant
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and channel partners identifying their needs and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid documents
  • Collaborate with team members across the Company
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams i.e., product and marketing.

Market and Competitor Information

  • Understand current sources of market and competitor information
  • Identify sources of information on the market(s) in which Ativion operates
  • Identify sources of information on ’s main competitors and potential partners.

Required skills/experience/qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Ed Tech and Channel sales
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Clear record of accomplishment of achieving sales
  • Experience working in a similar or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Ability to learn about products and demonstrate to clients
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Both transactional and consultative sales skills, and a proactive approach is essential for this role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software particularly Salesforce.com.

 

This is a full-time, permanent role and will predominantly be remote based however there may be occasional travel to our NYC office.
