Role Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

Netop is a leading provider of secure remote access, control and management. Netop enables IT teams to easily support and manage workstations, servers, POS devices, embedded systems, virtual environments, VDI desktops and mobile devices. Our recent integration with Intel vPro allows for out-of-band remote access to critical IT assets and equipment. 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Americas team. Key Responsibilities: 

Outbound Sales Qualification: 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers within the corporate sector, focused on the US and LATAM market. 
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to understand customer needs and tailor pitches to effectively position our solutions. 
  • Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to manage and track leads, ensuring a systematic and organized approach to outbound sales activities.       

 Meeting Booking: 

  • Focus on generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for the Account Manager to further the sales cycle. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the lead qualification process, optimizing conversion rates and overall sales performance. 

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outbound efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives. 

Market Research: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. 

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to contribute to strategic decision-making. 

 Order Processing  

  • Utilize CRM to process designated orders with direction of Account Manager. 

  • Deliver license keys to accounts post designated order processing. 

  • Follow up with account sales contact for satisfaction and future opportunities.

 

Required qualifications:

    • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
    • Driven and resilient work-ethic with a team mindset
    • Clear record of accomplishment of achieving sales goals
    • Experience working in a similar or relevant roles
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Ability to learn about products and demonstrate to clients
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Both transactional and consultative sales skills, and a proactive approach is essential for this role.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software
    • Bilingual Spanish-English to support LATAM customers and partners  
     

    This is a full-time, permanent role and will predominantly be remote based however there may be occasional travel to our US office.
