About Us:

We are two mid sized tech companies—Ativion and Unifyr—owned by the private equity giant Investcorp, with a who’s who customer base, global reach and ambitious growth plans. Serving unique markets across cybersecurity, edtech, and sales & marketing automation software, our brands operate globally and go to market primarily through channel partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with two companies and multiple brands that are rapidly evolving and expanding.

What You'll Do:

· Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and implement a cutting-edge marketing strategy to establish us as industry leaders across the cybersecurity, edtech and channel sales and marketing automation markets.

· Channel Marketing Expertise: Design and lead channel programs that empower partners, drive engagement, and boost revenue. Find new partners and support their go-to-market efforts.

· Team Builder & Leader: Manage and inspire a global marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, adaptability, and data-driven decisions.

· Brand Building: Position Ativion and Unifyr as high-impact, professional brands, projecting a larger-than-life presence in the tech world.

· Global Influence: Be a strategic planner integral to our growth, representing our brands as a thought leader in industry forums, webinars, and key events.

 

  

 

What You'll Bring (Must Have US Work Authorization) :

  • Experience: A track record of success in marketing leadership within B2B technology and in cybersecurity.
  • Channel Marketing Mastery: Deep understanding of partner ecosystems. You know how to engage and motivate partners.
  • Leadership & Resilience: Skilled at leading teams through change, with an optimistic, unifying, and calm presence. Must be comfortable in an evolving environment.
  • Creativity & Strategic Vision: A storyteller who can elevate our brand and build excitement. You see the big picture and execute with precision.
  • Location & Travel: Based within 1.5 hours by plane from NYC, ready to travel as needed for meetings and occasional global travel.

 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in EdTech or Channel Sales & Marketing Automation
  • Experience in private equity or venture capital-funded companies.
  • Background in start-up environments with fast growth and adaptability.
