Role Responsibilities

  • Own the critical phases of the customer lifecycle that shows a customer what the product can do and how to use it
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales demonstration process
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing post-deployment training process
  • Work with our internal teams to understand success criteria, documenting and handling customers between Sales and Solution Engineers
  • Articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both academic and technical users
  • Help customers drive value by addressing stakeholder queries and issues as they arise
  • Drive customer engagement and product adoption from training interventions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer personas, software use cases, and pain points
  • Support the sales function with technical questions and presentations
  • Provide tailored online or face to face software demonstrations and product trainings of the Ativion solutions to customers, resellers, or partners
  • Create and maintain training documentation
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap
  • Partner with the account management team on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Guide and mentor other team members on technical aspects and product deployment
  • Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
  • Provide accurate and timely management information including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI's, etc.
  • Document processes and workflows in shareable format for future use and adoption
  • Maintain internal systems with updates on service activities
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all Ativion products
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of processes and materials with an eye to enhancing efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey

 

Required Qualifications

  • Confident presenter and speaker with good communication skills
  • Able to assist in pre-sales engagements to discuss prospective customer requirements
  • Able to train users on our suite of products
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to different situations, handling multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks as well as work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good balance of product, technical, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Able to navigate multiple operating systems and familiarity with devices such as laptops, Chromebooks, and tablets
  • Experience with Adobe Suite preferred
  • Prior experience working in technology in a US school district would be a distinct advantage, as too would the experience of working with school rostering packages
  • Prior experience being a technology teacher or a technology coach preferred
  • Working knowledge of common LMS, SIS/MIS, and MDMs preferred.
