Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Automation Manager to oversee and optimize our marketing automation platforms, processes, and strategies. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven marketing campaigns, enhance lead nurturing workflows, and improve customer engagement through automated solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing efforts and broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company's marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, ZiftONE PRM, or similar)
  • Oversee platform integrations with the CRM and other tools to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency

Campaign Development:

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns
  • Develop co-branded campaigns in collaboration with channel partners and channel sales managers to drive demand and increase partner-led opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to develop personalized customer journeys based on user behavior and segmentation

Lead Management:

  • Develop and manage lead processes, incorporating both direct and partner-led opportunities
  • Work with sales operations to ensure proper tracking and reporting of leads throughout the sales funnel, including those sourced through channel campaigns
  • Support alignment between marketing, sales and channel teams through clear lead handoff processes and effective collaboration

Data Analytics and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign and channel performance, delivering actionable insights to improve effectiveness across both direct and partner-driven efforts
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, workflows, and audience segmentation for direct and partner campaigns
  • Report on key KPIs, including open rates, conversion rates, and ROI metrics, segmented by direct and channel marketing activities

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, channel marketing, and partner relationship management
  • Promote consistent brand messaging and adherence to guidelines across all direct and partner campaigns

 

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or channel marketing
  • Experience managing partner marketing programs and working with PRM tools (e.g., ZiftONE, Salesforce PRM, or similar)
  • Proficiency with leading marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable rights
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email design best practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital marketing strategies is beneficial
